Housecall allows customers, staff, and third parties like family members to make repair requests over the Internet. With the help of simple drawings and clear options, it gives them the power to make a specific request that you can immediately turn into an order to a contractor.
When a repair report is made, Housecall instantly sends an email message to the appropriate team in your organisation. The message contains both details of the repair that has been requested and suggested codes from your Schedule of Rates. As standard, Housecall works with the NHF Schedule of Rates but it can easily be configured to work with any other Schedule or it can just be used to provide structured repair requests.
Of course customers cannot order repairs through Housecall - they can only send you a report. Housecall lets tenants request a repair whenever it is convenient for them and lets you process their reports whenever it is convenient for you.
Housecall is very easy to implement. You provide us with the relevant email addresses and other information for us to configure the system to your specification. All you then have to do is set up a link to Housecall from your website and inform your tenants. You do not need to install any software or make any changes to your existing IT systems. We maintain and update the system.
Housecall subscribers have access to a Control Panel that provides information on all repair requests that have been made through the system (though we do not retain any personal data) and allows many Housecall options to be changed.
Just because Housecall is operated by us does not limit you to a standard product. Housecall can easily be customised to your requirements. Want your own advice screens? No problem. Want to use a different Schedule of Rates? No problem.
Housecall has also been implemented inside a customer's own online service so that repair reports are logged directly and the user receives an instant confirmation that the request is being dealt with.
Our aim is to provide you with a sophisticated and responsive system that you can alter and amend to meet your needs. If there is a feature you want, just ask us. You will probably find that we can include it within the standard subscription.
